Managing Members and Key Contributors
John T. Kraczek
Johnny is an engineering and business veteran with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He specializes in mechanical/electrical equipment, automation, industrial engineering and manufacturing, with over 20 years of professional experience. He is the original developer of the MAETEC system. Over the course of his career he has successfully started two different engineering companies, a manufacturing company, and founded MAETEC. He was personally responsible for the concepts and developmental work on half a dozen US patents. He has conceptualized, designed, and engineered numerous machines and retail products and has over seen many more produced. He has laid out, set up, and commissioned nearly a dozen fabrication or manufacturing plants and even more automated manufacturing equipment cells across the US and Canada. He has worked as a project or consulting engineer for companies as diverse as FMC, Tensar, Allside, and many others with projects in the US, Canada and Australia. He has served as Lead Engineer, Project Manager, Vice President-Engineering, Chief Operations Officer and Company President at various times in his career.
Robert W. Dull
Bob received his mechanical engineering degree from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He is a veteran engineering and project manager with more than $100 million worth of projects executed in the Petrochemical, Phosphate, and Industrial and Medical Gas production industries for three global multinational enterprises; Conoco Inc., Agrium, and Air Liquide. He has developed and implemented preventative and predictive maintenance programs and recently managed a Reliability Center responsible for maintenance and reliability of twenty production facilities. His management, project, and planned maintenance skills make him a significant asset to MAETEC's technology team.
Timani Tonga
Timani is a native Tongan with extensive business experience and contacts in the South Pacific. He is an accountant by trade with over 22 years of experience. He graduated with a degree in accounting and a degree in tourism management from BYU Hawaii. Timani worked as chief accountant for a non-profit organization overseeing construction projects in the South Pacific for nine years, managing a budget of over $36 million. He also founded an export-import company that coordinated commodity trading throughout the South Pacific region for six years as well as managing a commercial fishing endeavor in Tonga. Timani has also worked as a commercial lender for the Bank of Tonga. As a professional accountant he has created financial control systems for many different types of businesses and startups. Timani's extensive knowledge of the Tongan culture, his connections with Tongan officials and reputation among the people he has worked with, makes him an invaluable asset to MAETEC as we begin operations in the South Pacific.
Rich Bloomfield CFO
Rich is a successful corporate leader with over 25 years of management responsibility and direct experience in operations, business mergers and acquisitions, real estate management and finance, and estate and income tax planning. After the founding and successful sale of a start-up company in 2000, he founded Bloomfield CFO, PLLC to provide strategic financial direction to entrepreneurs in small and medium sized businesses. In that capacity, Mr. Bloomfield arranged for and completed several M&A transactions for client companies totaling in excess of $100 million. Mr. Bloomfield began his career at a Big Four public accounting firm in 1981. Prior to that he earned a Masters of Accounting (Tax Emphasis) from Brigham Young University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Bloomfield is a CPA licensed to practice in Arizona and Utah and is a member of the AICPA and both State Societies.
Doug Allen
Doug holds an MBA in global management and has over 20 years' experience working and living throughout the world building businesses and growing relationships. Most recently, Doug served as Vice President of International Development for Mona Vie, a billion dollar company ranked by Inc. 500 as the 18th fastest growing company for 2009. Doug led teams to open 12 new international markets within 2.5 years. Doug's passion is to help find innovative solutions for global energy optimization resulting in improved lives, economies and the environment.
Dmitry Kolodyazhny
CPA, MBA, Sr. Controller. From the former Soviet Republic of Ukraine, Dmitry was a member of Ukrainian National Gymnastics Team for 8 years. Through his efforts as a national gymnast, Dmitry won a Full-Ride Scholarship to compete on Brigham Young University men's gymnastics team. At BYU, he completed his Masters in Physical Education followed by a MBA in Corporate Finance and Accounting. Concurrently, he worked at various financial and consulting roles. In 2005, he joined Ford Financial Leadership Graduate Program and worked as a Senior Accountant before being promoted to Senior Financial Analyst. At Ford, he acquired a solid experience in process driven accounting and management practices and financing within a multinational enterprise. Dmitry is highly competitive and has a strong sense of urgency with an ability to effectively communicate and work within a team. Dmitry is Certified Public Accountant with an active license and brings a deep knowledge of US GAAP and accounting processes and systems.
David W. Fahrney
Since September 2004, Mr. Fahrney has been the president of the David Fahrney Financial Group, Inc., in Redondo Beach, California, building and financing homes in California and Utah, investing in oil and gas drilling, trading commodities, and lending to private parties. He has held many management and technical roles at technology companies since 1984. Mr. Fahrney has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Business Professional by the Aji Network in Los Altos, California.
Randy Brooks
Randy has 20 years' experience at Conoco Inc., a major petrochemical enterprise. Randy's background in turnaround management, maintenance supervision, and parts fabrication will be key to front line supervision of equipment fabrication and erection. Randy's mechanical aptitude and common sense skills will provide MAETEC with an excellent set of eyes for quality control and quality assurance.
Vai Sikahema
Vai is an ex- NFL standout. During his eight year career he played for the Cardinals, Packers and Eagles. Since retiring from the NFL in the mid 90's, Vai has been associated with television broadcasting in the Philadelphia area. Vai is presently the Sports Director for Channel 10, the NBC affiliate. Vai is also a native of Tonga. His years of broadcast experience and association with the South Pacific will significantly enhance MAETEC's ability to deal with public relations issues that will be inevitably thrust upon us on an international level.
Ricky Dyson
Originally from New Zealand, Ricky founded several businesses there as well as in the United States. He has researched and developed alternative energy systems (fuel cells) and has also worked as a QA Engineer in the semiconductor industry and as QA and lab operations manager for water purification processes. Additionally, Ricky has served as a Business Director and Administrator for several medical centers. Ricky has developed two patents one in semiconductor manufacturing and one in algorithms for computer natural speech recognition. He currently serves in MAETEC as Administrative Functions Developer and works with engineering on manufacturing process development.
Paul Freeman
Paul has worked in heavy manufacturing and business for over 11 years. He managed multi-million dollar manufacturing sites while serving as a technical expert for the process. His talents ensured all quality, environmental and company targets were met with precision and detail. Paul has a Manufacturing Engineering degree from Brigham Young University later receiving his MBA from the University of Alabama. Paul has the ability to see, understand, and change a manufacturing process, even thinking "outside the box" for industry norms. Through his maintenance, production, and engineering background, Paul has saved the companies he has worked for millions of dollars in costly repairs and generated many more millions of dollars due to overall increased production.
Richard Jensen
Richard has 20 years' experience managing a million dollar global business. Richard is particularly skilled in the field of computer technology. Richard works in the engineering department and is involved in the development and testing of MAETEC's technology. He also acts as the engineering staff coordinator.
Jeff Singley
Jeff holds a degree in composites manufacturing, has 20 years' experience in composites work, and has been involved with research and development in the field. He is an accomplished composites designer and mold maker. Jeff has also been a project manager and a superintendent for several major commercial construction companies.
Daniel Pray
A computer programmer for over 25 years.
